Real Club de Golf
Sotogrande.

Opened in 1964, Robert Trent Jones Sr.'s first design in Europe and one of the great classic courses in Spain.

Real Club de Golf Sotogrande is where the story of modern golf on the Costa del Sol really begins. Opened in 1964, it was the first course Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed in Europe, and it remains one of the most admired classic layouts in Spain.

The course

The course combines wide, inviting fairways with large, well-defended greens, lakes and mature trees. It is a fair, traditional test that suits golfers of every level, with a timeless character that newer courses find hard to match. It is regularly ranked among the best courses in Spain.
