Golf societies & groups

Golf society trips
to the Costa del Sol.

Your society's trip of the year, organised properly. Consecutive tee times, the right hotel for the group and transfers for everyone, with one point of contact.

Golf societies, groups of friends and corporate teams are what we do best. Organising a trip for twelve or twenty golfers takes time: tee times for everyone at the same course, rooms in the same hotel, transfers that run to schedule, and somebody who answers the phone when plans change. That is our job.

What we arrange for your group

  • Consecutive tee times so the whole group plays together, with buggies where you want them.
  • A hotel that suits groups: good rooms, a bar to meet in the evening, and close to the courses.
  • Group transfers from Málaga airport and to every course, in vans or coaches depending on numbers, with room for everyone's clubs.
  • Your society competition: on request, we can help with the format and book a private dinner for the prize-giving.
  • One clear proposal with an all-inclusive price per golfer, so collecting money from the group is simple.

Where to go

For most societies we recommend Mijas and Benalmádena: transfers are short, there are more than twenty courses close together and the evenings are lively and affordable. Groups who want a little more glamour choose Marbella, while serious golfers often plan a day at Valderrama or Finca Cortesín as the highlight of the trip.

When to book

Spring (March to May) and autumn (October and November) are the most popular times for society trips, and the best tee times go early. For a large group we recommend enquiring 4–6 months ahead, especially if you want to play the famous courses.

Good to know

Questions we're often asked.

How many golfers can you organise a trip for?

We regularly plan trips for groups of 8 to 40 golfers. For larger groups or tournaments, just tell us your numbers and we'll make it work.

Can our group play together with consecutive tee times?

Yes. We book consecutive tee times so your whole group tees off together, and we arrange transfers to match.

Do you include non-golfers in group trips?

Of course. Tell us how many non-golfers are coming and we'll plan the hotel and transfers for them too.

How far in advance should a golf society book?

For spring or autumn, 4–6 months ahead is ideal, especially for large groups or famous courses. For winter dates, a few weeks is often enough.
