Who is responsible for your data

Links Away Golf is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. You can contact us at any time at sales@linksawaygolf.com.

What data we collect

Only the details you give us in the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, where you're flying from, and the details of the trip you'd like (dates, destination, number of travellers, preferences and comments).

Why we use it

To prepare and send you the tailor-made proposal you asked for, to answer your questions and, if you book, to organise your trip. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and, if you book, the steps needed to provide the services you request.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to organise your trip if you book (for example hotels, golf courses, transfer companies or restaurants), and with our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or trip, and afterwards only for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy, by writing to sales@linksawaygolf.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
